I
Know Prof. P.C Varghese intimately for the last 35
years. He pursued his education with scholarships
in highly adverse circumstances.
His concern for the poor and social commitment are
admirable.
Having studied under severe economic hardship he
made up his mind to continue his long term social
service activities under a formally registered
charitable trust named ARDHRATHA Fellowship. He
spends his pension amount as the base fund for the
Trust.
The major activity of the Trust is to give monthly
scholarship to students from families in abject
poverty to pursue job oriented courses so that
these families are lifted up socially and
economically.
I have great appreciation for the social service
projects of Ardhratha Fellowship and wish the
Fellowship the very best.
